BowCare Family Health Hub ("BowCare", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our website at www.bowcare.ca (the "Site"). This policy covers information collected through the Site only. Personal health information created or held as part of your clinical care at BowCare is governed by Alberta's Health Information Act and our internal clinic privacy policies, which are separate from this website policy.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on the Site, such as a contact form, an appointment or new patient request, or a travel clinic intake, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request. Our travel clinic form may also ask for health information such as your destination, travel dates, medical conditions, current medications, and allergies, so we can prepare for your consultation.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We use this to keep the Site working, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising.
